The Steering Committee and anyone else who is interested in the administration of the JUG is invited to attend the steering committee meeting that will occur just prior to the next monthly general meeting.


Topics we'll be discussing:

  • The 2010 JUG schedule
  • Arrangements for the July and August meetings
    • A social gathering is anticipated for August 25 in lieu of the regular meeting
  • Functionality issues with the JUG announcement mailer
  • Request for additional feature to email registered users outside of the meeting signup functionality.
  • Request to make meeting announcements available via tags or search

The RJUG president oversees the activities of the Richmond JUG and coordinates the efforts of the Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee consists of members with interest in running the JUG, making decisions on JUG operations, methods, etc.
