Special Agile Richmond Event.  Learn from one of the stars of  Agile thinking ... Esther Derby is well known as a consultant who uniquely blends expertise on technical issues, managerial issues and people issues.

Esther is also one of the foremost leaders and practitioners of the art of the retrospective, having written the definitive book on the subject, "Agile Retrospectives - Making Good teams Great". Agile Richmond is excited to be able offer our members the chance to meet Esther in person. She will present on the topic "13 Essential Questions for Managers".

Through this, we will learn more about the real role of managers as designers of the experience of work and the systems that support work.
